Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Adobe Workfront projects, portfolios, custom forms, request queues, workflows, and user permissions.
- Develop and support automation workflows using Workfront Fusion.
- Build integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.
- Create dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for project and resource management.
- Troubleshoot integration and workflow issues, perform root cause analysis, and support platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of Adobe Workfront experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Workfront Fusion.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, and webhooks.
- Experience integrating Workfront with systems such as AEM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
