Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable employment guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience with Hiring processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate pipeline management.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Employer Branding initiatives, such as enhancing job postings, social media presence, and candidate experience to attract top talent.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR tools or platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Prior experience recruiting for IT or technology roles is preferred but not required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
