Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across Security Operations (SecOps), IRM/ISD, and IT Operations Management (ITOM). This role will be responsible for defining the platform roadmap, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring alignment with business and security objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap
• Lead design and implementation of SecOps (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence)
• Architect and implement IRM/ISD (Integrated Risk Management / Information Security & Data) solutions
• Drive ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure best practices in platform governance, security, and performance optimization
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and admin teams
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (SIEM, monitoring tools, cloud platforms, etc.)
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
• Define and manage upgrade strategy and platform lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in ServiceNow architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
• Deep expertise in:
  • SecOps (Security Operations)
  • IRM / ISD (Risk & Security frameworks)
  • ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management)
• Experience in designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and integrations
• Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and data modeling
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and integrations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
