Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Wayzata, MN (Onsite/Hybrid) – 2 times a week

Job Summary
The Software Engineer will partner with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and enhance software applications that support business goals. With limited supervision, this role focuses on building scalable, high‑quality solutions, supporting deployments, and troubleshooting moderately complex issues while maintaining code quality and documentation standards.
- Key Responsibilities
Design and develop clean, maintainable, and efficient software solutions
Implement new features and enhance existing applications to improve performance
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Write and maintain unit and integration tests; debug and resolve moderately complex issues
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices
Support automated deployment processes using internal platforms and tools
Provide technical support for deployed applications to minimize downtime
Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and deployment processes
Contribute to continuous improvement of development and release processes - Top 3 Must‑Have Skills
Salesforce Development – Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce administration – 5 years of Salesforce experience
Software Engineering Experience – 3 years of hands‑on development experience
Testing & Debugging – Ability to write unit/integration tests and troubleshoot moderately complex issues - Secondary / Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Front‑end and back‑end development using React, Node.js, and JavaScript frameworks
Experience with Java and mobile application development
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, and CI/CD workflows
Cloud‑native development experience (AWS, Azure, or similar)
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification - Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years relevant work experience (typically 8 years preferred)
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision
Proven ability to deliver quality code in a fast‑paced environment
