Job Title: Yoga Studio Administrator / Studio Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Yoga Studio Administrator / Studio Manager to support our growing wellness technology platform.
This role is ideal for someone with experience working in a yoga studio who enjoys helping studio owners learn new technology and improve their daily operations.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective customers
• Help new customers set up and launch their accounts
• Provide basic customer support via phone, Zoom, email, and chat
• Assist customers with setting up classes, instructors, memberships, schedules, and events
• Answer general product questions and troubleshoot basic issues
• Gather customer feedback and share product improvement ideas
• Follow up with prospective customers after demonstrations
Qualifications:
• Experience working in a yoga studio or wellness business
• Previous experience as a Studio Manager, Studio Administrator, Front Desk Coordinator, or similar role preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable learning and demonstrating new software
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Must be based in the Phoenix metro area and able to visit the office approximately 4 hours per week
