Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support for laboratory systems, workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems in lab environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, networks, and lab equipment connectivity.
- Support user account management, system access, and security compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware repairs and upgrades.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, lab devices, and related equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, configurations, and support procedures.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Support network connectivity, cabling, and basic infrastructure troubleshooting.
