Project Coordinator - Joint-Use (Remote West Coast)

TekCom Resources is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Joint Use Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the region, managing various databases and documentation, and coordinating joint use (JU) applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry, reporting, and database management, and will excel in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Provide administrative assistance for the region, including data entry, filing, preparing reports, organizing meetings, and managing documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of agreements, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Manage and update the Site Tracker database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
• Create and manage Make Ready tickets in Site Tracker.
• Process Joint Use applications, maintaining a detailed log of all activities.

What will catch our eye: 

• Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Proficient in database management, specifically Site Tracker.
• Experience submitting permits to local jurisdictions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and audit reports accurately.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with submittals and approvals processes.
• In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the Joint Use Coordinator may be asked to take on tasks outside their primary scope of work.
• Note: Flexibility and a willingness to step outside of the defined role at times is essential in this position.
