We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3 years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or business transformation projects.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Proficiency in creating:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Process Flow Diagrams and Use Cases
- Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in government, healthcare, financial services, or insurance domains.
- Knowledge of SQL for basic data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of business process modeling and workflow automation.
- CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate requirement review sessions and stakeholder meetings.
- Support testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and manage change requests.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
