Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Manager / Domain Consultant with strong expertise in Asset Management and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of investment/asset management operations, portfolio management, holdings, performance reporting, and client reporting, combined with hands-on experience in AI-driven products, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and senior executives to identify opportunities, define AI strategies, build MVPs/POCs, and drive adoption of AI-powered solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify AI use cases within Asset Management.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-driven solutions.
• Design and deliver AI-powered POCs, MVPs, copilots, dashboards, and workflow automation solutions.
• Work closely with engineering and data science teams to implement Generative AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI product capabilities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication.
• Support implementation of AI Agents, LLM-based applications, and RAG architectures.
• Develop business cases and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cloud, engineering, and architecture teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms.
• Ensure AI solutions align with regulatory, governance, and business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Asset Management platforms such as Asset 360.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases, Pinecone, Chroma, or similar technologies.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in Financial Services or Investment Management organizations.
