Position : Epic Tapestry Billing Analyst – Payer

Location : Remote with quarterly onsite travel to Philadelphia, PA

Duration : 6 Months

Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

·        Minimum of one active Epic Tapestry certification required.

·        4 years of Epic Tapestry experience on the payer side/health plan environment.

·        Must have completed at least one full Epic Tapestry implementation.

·        Strong understanding of payer billing operations and workflows.

·        Experience with system build, configuration, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Analyze, design, build, test, and maintain Epic Tapestry Billing functionality.

·        Support payer-side billing operations, claims, premium billing, and related workflows.

·        Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT leadership to gather requirements and implement solutions.

·        Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.

·        Troubleshoot issues, resolve production support tickets, and recommend process improvements.

·        Develop testing scripts and support integrated/system testing efforts.

·        Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and user support as needed.
