Position Title: ServiceNow Engineer Lead
Position Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote

- Philadelphia, PA

- Rocky Mount, NC
Must-Have Technical Skills (6 years in all listed):
- ServiceNow expertise
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, including syntax, data types, control structures, functions, and object-oriented programming concepts
- Ability to write scripts for various ServiceNow scripting contexts (client-side, server-side, business rules, etc.)
- Solid grasp of web development fundamentals
- Advanced problem-solving skills for debugging and resolving technical challenges
- Configuration and development experience in:
- Portfolio Management (Strategic Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management, Digital Portfolio Management)
- Enterprise Architecture (Application Portfolio Management, Technology Portfolio Management)
- Agile methodology experience
- Extensive JavaScript development experience
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based computing environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong complex problem-solving capabilities
Education / Certifications:
- Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education
- No certifications required
