Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate assigned maintenance tasks
- Perform and oversee:
- Soot blower rebuilds
- Pre-fabrication of piping systems
- Construction of access platforms
- Weld buildup of wear plates
- Plant equipment removal, rebuild, and reinstallation
- Serve as acting supervisor during forced and planned outages
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
Position Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (Foreman or General Foreman level preferred)
- Certified Code Welder required
- Plate, tubing, and structural welding
- Material thicknesses from 1/8" to 6"
- Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel, and P91 materials
- Strong industrial maintenance background preferred
- Ability to work full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
- This is a full-time position
- No per diem provided
