Role and Responsibilities
Set up and analyze relevant KPI's in order to steer the operations in a targeted manner. Develop strategies and tools for effective data analysis and reporting. Support the organization to reach the financial targets / KPI's in the Operations. Oversee the building of systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights. Oversee the preparation and provision of relevant financial figures (KPI’s) for the Operations, SCM and Sales. Manage projects in product development and the engineering department to increase productivity and reliability. Increase efficiency by process optimizations through team members. Oversee the structured analysis and visualization of financial deviations from the plan. Calculate costs for the production and finishing for Customer Specific Products. Deliver and analyze all relevant data for the extensions of our local operations. Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality. Active participation in the planning process with team. Supervision of team. Assure close collaboration with Sales, SCM, Manufacturing, PM, Quality to achieve our goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar (or foreign equivalent) and 2 years of related experience with project management, process development, or similar, required, including experience with data analysis and process improvement within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Windows, Excel, MRP programs, and SAP required.
Standard Office Hours
Salary : $115,000 - $118,000
