What You’ll Do
- Provide Tier 2 support across Microsoft 365, devices, and networks
- Handle onboarding/offboarding and endpoint management
- Assist with hardware refreshes, upgrades, and infrastructure work
- Maintain clear and accurate IT documentation
What You Bring
- Comfortable with hands-on hardware and field work
- Strong communication skills with non-technical users
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD
- Solid understanding of networking basics (WiFi, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
