Shifts
- 12-hour day or night shifts
- Flexible PRN schedule (as-needed basis)
- $64/hour
- Brand new 80-bed skilled nursing facility
- Located in beautiful Flagstaff, AZ
- Work with a team that values compassion, respect and quality care
- Active RN license in Arizona
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- Fingerprint clearance
- Able to work 12-hour shifts as needed
- LTC or SNF experience preferred but not required
