Location: Remote – approved work states only - AK, AR, AZ, CO, DC, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, LA, MD, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY
Focus: High-volume call-center recruiting, with potential clinical recruiting
Must-haves:
Minimum 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience.
Experience working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting and multiple requisitions.
Strong sourcing, candidate screening and hiring-manager communication skills.
Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
Hiring volume: Two monthly hiring classes, approximately 40 and 10 hires.
PeopleSoft experience is NOT required.
Salary : $31 - $40
