  • Field & Team Leadership: Support field superintendents and foremen to maximize crew productivity. You will be responsible for the growth of your team, including hiring, performance reviews, and mentorship of junior engineers.

  • Safety & Quality Integrity: Administer corporate safety initiatives and quality requirements, ensuring every self-performed and subcontracted operation meets the highest industry standards.

Who You Are
  • A Proven NYC Leader: You have spent at least 15 years managing heavy civil projects in the Five Boroughs. You aren't just familiar with the agencies; you understand their specific standards and protocols.

  • A Large-Scale Specialist: You have successfully managed at least one project valued at $75M , proving you can handle the intensity and administrative rigor of large-scale builds.

  • A Technical Expert: You have a deep understanding of utility work, waste/stormwater, and watermain construction, supported by a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

  • Track Record: Must have led at least one project exceeding $75M.

  • Regional Knowledge: Deep experience with NYC agency projects (DDC, DOT).
