Landscape Architecture Project Manager

Join our growing Landscape Architecture team and take a leadership role in delivering innovative, high-quality design solutions across a wide range of projects.
What You’ll Do
Lead project planning, design, and delivery for complex landscape architecture and land planning projects.
Manage contracts, project schedules, client relationships, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
Provide professional-level sketching, rendering, problem solving, and dispute resolution.
Mentor junior team members and support firmwide design standards.
Contribute to marketing efforts and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients.
Support out-of-town projects as needed.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture
8 years of professional experience (meeting/exceeding Land Planner IV expectations)
PLA or RLA license required
Membership in ASLA or similar organizations
Strong knowledge of regulations, regional planning, and contract preparation
Proven leadership, negotiation ability, and complex problem-solving skills
Professional sketching/rendering abilities
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, solution-driven approach
