Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary civil and environmental engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Manage all phases of project delivery including planning, permitting, design, construction, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and assist with business development initiatives (seller-doer model).
- Prepare and review technical reports, engineering designs, specifications, and proposals.
- Mentor and provide technical oversight for junior engineers and project teams.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering consulting or environmental project delivery.
- At least 2 years of project management experience with client interaction.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6–12 months (ND/MN preferred).
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical design, project management, communication, and leadership.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, HELP modeling, or HydroCAD is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or site visits.
