As a Client Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business development and managing client relationships within Information Technology staffing.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Lead the full lifecycle of client engagement, from outreach to placement and account expansion

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 3 to 5 years of experience within a staffing agency environment
• 3 to 5 years of business development experience
• Experience working within Texas markets, ideally with State agencies
• Background in Information Technology staffing, government staffing, or both
• Familiarity with compliance, RFPs, and vendor management systems
• Proven ability to build and manage a book of business
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
• Comfortable in a 100% commission-based environment
💰 Compensation
• 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential, offering industry-leading splits up to 80% on your own placements and ~40% on shared deals, designed to reward performance and maximize your earning potential.
Salary : $100,000 - $300,000
