Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Inland Empire South (Hemet, Temecula, Menifee, Moreno Valley, Perris, Wildomar)
Make a difference close to home. We’re seeking BCBAs who want to bring meaningful ABA therapy to families across the Inland Empire South. Whether you prefer home, community, or center-based care, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your practice while being supported by a collaborative clinical team.
Your Role:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs/BTs, providing guidance and mentorship
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators and medical professionals
- Track data, monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Attend IEP and care team meetings when needed
Compensation & Perks:
- Base salary: $82,500 with uncapped bonus potential (earning $90K )
- $5,000 signing bonus for select positions
- $2,500 Spanish fluency premium
- 4-day work week option after ramp-up

Qualifications:
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification (BACB)
- 2 years ABA experience preferred
