Job Opportunity: Director of Operations for Premier Indoor Golf Club
Location: Plano, Texas 75075

you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club, restaurant, and bar, ensuring an exceptional guest experience , efficient operations and strong financial performance. You will lead the team, manage budgets, implement marketing strategies, and maintain our reputation as a premium golf and hospitality destination.

Your Role:
- Oversee daily operations of the golf simulators, bar and restaurant, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative programs and operational efficiency.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service, food and beverage quality, and facility maintenance.
- build partnership with vendors ,suppliers and golf brands to enhance offerings
- develop and execute membership programs
- plan and oversees the corporate events, golf tournaments and private parties
- recruit, train, and lead a high-performance team
- manage the P&L
- Develop and enforce club policies, safety regulations, and SOPs
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Proven leader with 5 years of operations management experience in luxury hospitality, sports clubs, or similar industries.
- strong understanding of golf simulator technology and club membership
- Experienced in team management, budgeting, and operational excellence.
- A visionary with a proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of golf or the indoor golf industry is a significant plus.
- expertise in event planning, VIP experience, and corporate hospitality.
