Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve engaging with children, providing educational activities, and ensuring their well-being throughout the day.
Duties:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to children
- Supervise indoor and outdoor playtime
- Change diapers and assist with potty training
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
- Communicate effectively with parents
- Implement behavior management strategies when necessary
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all children
Requirements:
At least 16 years old
Preferred (but not required to start):
Previous experience caring for children
Additional training(s) will be provided in house
Skills:
- Educate children through engaging activities
- Experience working with children in a caregiving capacity
- Knowledge of toddler care best practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques in a classroom setting
- Ability to create a structured and nurturing environment for children
