About Us Fields of Fun is Cedar Rapids' trusted childcare center serving infants through school-age children (7th grade). With 10 classrooms, a large activity room, three age-rated outdoor play areas, and a massive open field, we've built a place where children genuinely thrive — and our staff loves coming to work.

What You'll Do

• Provide nurturing, attentive care for children across age groups (infants through school age)
• Implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support developmental milestones
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
• Communicate daily with parents through our Brightwheel app
• Collaborate with a supportive, passionate team

What We're Looking For

• A genuine love for working with children
• Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude
• Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
• CDA or ECE coursework a plus — but we will train the right person

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Location: Cedar Rapids, IA 52404 Pay: Competitive — based on experience

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
