What You’ll Do:

As a Part-Time Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience while helping musicians find the products and services that best fit their needs. This position serves as an important connection between customers, vendors, and store leadership.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of band and orchestra instruments, some guitar background, and familiarity with pro audio equipment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming and engaging environment
• Build relationships with customers through product knowledge and follow-up communication
• Assist customers with instrument, accessory, and equipment selection
• Demonstrate and set up products for customers when needed
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, marketing campaigns, and vendor programs
• Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain cash register accuracy
• Support store merchandising, inventory restocking, displays, and overall store appearance
• Assist with receiving merchandise and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, rental agreements, and loss prevention guidelines
• Communicate customer feedback, concerns, and requests to store management

• Passion for music and helping musicians
• Knowledge of band and orchestra instruments required
• Guitar and/or pro audio knowledge preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

Compensation:

• Pay: $17.13/hr
• Part-time employees become eligible for 3% commission following their 90-day introductory period
