Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled automotive service advisor to join our team in Fairfax, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and be able to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The service advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their service needs, and recommending appropriate services and repairs. Additionally, the service advisor will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating with the service department, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

- Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for long periods during the workday.
- Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Use a computer, phone, and dealership software systems regularly.
- Enter and exit vehicles frequently.
- Driving Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Work Environment:
- Fast-paced service drive and office environment.
- Occasional exposure to noise, vehicle exhaust, and outdoor elements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or technical degree preferred.
- Prior automotive service advisor or customer service experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of vehicle systems, service writing, and warranty processes.
- Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Experience with dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus.
