Automotive Customer Service Call Center Representative
Ted Britt Automotive Group is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our Customer Care team. This role supports customers by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering a positive dealership experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and schedule appointments accurately.
- Make outbound calls to customers to confirm appointments, recall notifications and customer service follow ups.
- Always provide a positive and helpful experience to every customer.
- Route calls to correct departments when needed.
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills over the phone and in writing.
- Proficiency in Computer scheduling
- Reliable, punctual and team oriented
- Prior customer service experience a plus
