School: Tecumseh
Hours: 3.5 hrs. (9:45 a.m. -1:15 p.m.)
Position: Dish Room
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Production:
- Take out trash & boxes
- Get soap & sanitizer buckets ready
- Take dish machine readings & log on HACCP Forms
- Get silverware cart prepped
- Get all dishes washed and ran through dishwasher
Service:
- Wash & send all pans & trays thru dish machine as they come into dish room
- Take out dish room trash between each lunch line
- Place dishes on drying rack and put away when dry
Closing Task:
- Finish washing & running thru all dishes brought to dish room
- Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning
- Put away dry dishes
- Clean dish machine table and drying line
- Clean dish machine inside and out
- Take out trash
- Sweep & Mop dish room area
- Other tasks deemed appropriate by manager
All positions will start at $13.00 per hour during a short training period but will increase to $17.95 upon completion of
training and positive review from manager.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Salary : $13 - $18
