PT/Casual Nurse Practitioner

We’re hiring: Nurse Practitioner – Family Medicine / Urgent Care

Location: Greater Harrisburg, PA Region | Part-Time/PRN | Flexible Schedule | Field-Based Practice

Hourly: $50 - $65

Your role will include:

• Delivering primary and urgent care services to employees of partner organizations
• Providing care in homes, workplaces, and through virtual channels based on what best serves the patient
• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating acute conditions and chronic health concerns
• Supporting preventive care, wellness, and health coaching
• Coordinating care across the broader healthcare journey, including referrals and specialist connections when needed
• Helping close care gaps for working populations that often struggle to access consistent primary care

Who we’re looking for:

• Licensed CRNP in Pennsylvania
• 3 years of clinical experience in family medicine, urgent care, or a similar setting
• Confidence in independent decision-making and practicing with appropriate autonomy
• Strong clinical assessment skills and broad knowledge of primary and urgent care conditions
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in building patient relationships
• Comfort with EHR systems and virtual care platforms
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field-based care delivery
