We’re hiring: Account Manager / Customer Success
Location: Central Pennsylvania | Full-Time | Hybrid
Salary: $60,000–$85,000 bonus opportunity
Tectonic Health is looking for a high-energy, positive, relationship-driven professional to help us grow in Pennsylvania.

What you’ll do:
- Manage the experience of current and new accounts
- Be critical to new client onboarding, helping ensure each implementation is smooth, organized, and successful from day one
- Build strong relationships with employer clients and serve as a trusted point of contact
- Work closely with the clinical team to maximize patient engagement and customer success
- Help clients understand, adopt, and fully utilize the Tectonic Health offering
- Support retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth
- Assist in growing Tectonic Health in the region through business development activities
- Represent Tectonic Health at in-person meetings, events, and other key opportunities across Central and Eastern Pennsylvania
What we’re looking for:
- A higher-energy professional with a positive attitude and strong people skills
- Someone who is proactive, organized, and excited to build
- A person who can balance relationship management, execution, and growth-focused work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with both clients and internal teams
Like-to-have experience:
- Digital marketing experience
- Sales experience
- Strong understanding of employer-sponsored health plans
