Description

Tecnova Electronics Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Selective Solder Operator/ PCB Assembler to operate Selective Solder machines and perform through hole and surface mount PCB assembly at Tecnova Electronics, Inc.

Candidates must have the ability to:

· Start up, operate, and maintain selective solder machines

· Solder SMT and through hole electronic components

· Perform prep and manual insertion of through hole components

· Masking and conformal coating of PCB assemblies

· Identify electronic components

· Read and understand assembly drawings

· Comprehend and perform duties in accordance with an ISO9001 Quality System

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 2 years of selective solder experience

· Requires intermediate computer skills

· Certification in soldering, preferred

· Excellent organizational skills, problem solving techniques, and accuracy are essential

· Must be able to distinguish colors, fine circuit detail, and tones

· Must be able to communicate well and function in a team environment

· Must be able to manually lift up to 30 pounds
