Assembler

Position Purpose

The assembler facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of assembling tasks.

Essential functions

The essential functions of this position while meeting or exceeding annual goals and objectives are as follows:

· Perform general molding duties as needed

· Display professionalism, integrity, courtesy, and politeness in all interactions; electronic and in person.

· Read, and interpret lot sheets. Computer use for IWEB access.

· Operates and maintains assembly work cell.

· Use discretion and good judgment as it aligns with IMMI’s values and mission when communicating important or confidential information.

Qualifications

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Stand 8 hours a day

· Good hand eye coordination

· Attention to detail

· Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities

· Requires working and interacting with others, , electronic, and written correspondence, and the ability to listen effectively, communicate clearly, maintain attention to detail, and perform focused work.
