About the Role – Electronic Assembly Supervisor
This is not a role for someone seeking a routine, day-to-day job. As the Electronic Assembly Supervisor, you will lead from the front—driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, maintaining a clean and organized operation, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and at the highest level of quality.

Requirements:
- Understanding of costs, blueprints, materials, operation and maintenance related to PCB assembly are needed.
- Communicate well with management and sales.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability and desire optimize process.
- Understanding of 3D SPI, AOI and how they are intended to be used.
- Learn or understand how to program all equipment.
- Recommend and hire or train other technicians to participate in day-to-day manufacturing.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing problems.
- Understand the entire production process and make suggestions and improvements.
- Basic understanding of IPC assembly criteria.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science related field
- 3-7 years’ experience in related role.
- Knowledge of electrical components is required.
- Knowledge of all basic machines P&P, Printer, Ovens, SPI, AOI etc.
