This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer with experience in electronics or PCB assembly, looking to take on more ownership in a fast-paced production environment.

The Role:

• Develop and optimize SMT and PCB assembly processes to improve yield and efficiency

• Support production through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Work with manufacturing teams to implement process changes, documentation, and best practices

The Person:

• Manufacturing or Process Engineering experience

• Knowledge of SMT / PCB assembly processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• US Citizen
