Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving growth by identifying and developing new client relationships in the tech recruitment space. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting TechWings Global’s platform and services, and negotiating commercial terms. The person in this role will manage the sales pipeline, coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to align client needs with available talent, and maintain strong ongoing relationships with key accounts. Additional responsibilities include tracking market trends, contributing to go-to-market strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, and providing regular performance and forecast reports to leadership.
