More than 8 years of experience and strong developer as Pega Smart dispute developer.
Good communication skill and experience working in large cross geographic team.
Good to have work experience in banking industry.
Required Qualifications
8 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
Strong experience with Pega Smart Disputes implementation and customization.
Experience designing and developing Pega applications using Pega PRPC.
Strong understanding of Pega frameworks, case management, and business process automation.
Experience with integrations, APIs, and data management within Pega applications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with large, geographically distributed teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
