Job Description
Operate encapsulation machines to produce high-quality supplement products
Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
Monitor production for quality, consistency, and efficiency
Follow safety and cleanliness protocols in a GMP-regulated environment
Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Must be reliable and punctual
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
