Workday Systems Administrator (HCM & Financials)
📍 Location: Winston-Salem, NC or New York, NY (3 days onsite)

We’re implementing Workday HCM and Financials to replace Great Plains and ADP — and we’re looking for a hands-on Workday Systems Administrator to help us make it happen!
You’ll manage system configuration, reporting, integrations, and user support across HR and Finance modules, including Payroll and Expenses. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new Workday implementation and take ownership post–go-live.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer and configure Workday HCM & Financials
- Manage security, business processes, and integrations
- Build reports and dashboards for HR & Finance
- Support upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 years’ Workday experience (HCM, Financials, or both)
- Strong configuration, reporting, and integration skills
- Knowledge of HR & Finance processes (Payroll, GL, AP/AR)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Workday certification a plus
