As a Founding Engineer, you will own and lead engineering projects across our software offerings. You will work closely with our operations, GTM, and deployed services teams to build state-of-the-art systems that provide value to our customers. What You’ll Do
- Design and implement enterprise-level application interfaces
- Develop complex performant agentic workflows
- Architect full-stack infrastructure for high-performance applications
- Retrieve over large corpora of unstructured enterprise data
- Evaluate LLMs across various application layer use-cases
- 0-3 years of experience
- Comfortable working full-time in NYC office
- Strong communicator and team player
- Extremely strong builder capability (active GitHub, won Hackathons/built projects)
- Strong fundamentals in full-stack engineering or AI integration
- Ability to ship features end-to-end
- Programming skills
- Computer science knowledge
