As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for enterprise customers, driving revenue expansion, customer success, and long-term partnerships within assigned accounts. You’ll partner with solution engineers, business development reps, and customer success managers to develop winning account strategies, accelerate adoption, and ensure measurable business impact for customers.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close with enterprise customers
- Build trust-based relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
- Identify customer strategies and align with capability/skills requirements
- Educate customers on the value of the company and drive adoption success criteria
- Set and execute strategies that expand revenue within existing accounts and uncover new opportunities
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and negotiate strategic, multi-year SaaS contracts
- 8 years of enterprise sales experience (or 6 with advanced degree)
- Proven success with solution selling methodologies
- Track record of closing complex enterprise SaaS contracts
- Strategic negotiation skills
- Experience managing pipelines and consistently exceeding quotas
- SaaS enterprise selling experience
- Proven enterprise pipeline management and closing expertise
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Located within the U.S.; hybrid work expected if within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX
