What You'll Build
- Work on real-time, production-grade voice AI - no wrappers, no demos, no borrowed infra.
- Build agents that can negotiate, verify, and close - live on calls.
- Fine-tune LLMs, ASR, and TTS for high-pressure, noisy environments.
- Own everything from model design to low-latency inference infra.
- Turn chaotic phone calls into fully automated workflows.
- 2-4 years of experience building AI agents (ideally voice-based) in production
- Strong background in LLMs, ASR, and TTS (including fine-tuning models)
- Experience with low-latency model deployment and real-time inference
- Exposure to infra-level design, orchestration, and pipelines
- High agency and startup mindset
- 1 years of experience
- San Francisco, CA location preferred
