This is a full-time, hybrid role as a BD/Capture Director based in Reston, VA, with flexibility for remote work. The BD/Capture Director will lead all facets of business development and capture efforts, focusing on identifying and pursuing opportunities with federal agencies. This includes managing the full capture lifecycle, developing business strategies, leading proposal development, engaging with federal customers, and building strong partnerships with stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the company's account portfolio through effective contract negotiations, strategic planning, and targeted lead generation. The role requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual dedicated to achieving growth objectives and fostering strong relationships.
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, identifying opportunities and building pipelines in federal markets.
- Strong Business Planning and Strategic Thinking skills to develop long-term growth strategies and drive success in the capture process.
- Experience in Account Management and fostering strong customer relationships to ensure alignment with client needs and goals.
- Ability to manage Contract Negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with federal contracting standards.
