🎯 Position Summary
We are looking for a Techno-Functional / Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong integrations background to support our client need. This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, onshore teams, and offshore integration developers, ensuring clear requirement gathering, solution alignment, and smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
● Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams (onshore & offshore).
● Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for integration use cases.
● Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for integration development.
● Coordinate and schedule calls/workshops across onshore and offshore teams.
● Work closely with integration developers (SnapLogic / iPaaS teams) to clarify requirements and resolve functional gaps.
● Support solution design discussions, integration flow reviews, and dependency management.
● Assist with UAT coordination, test case validation, and defect triage.
● Ensure alignment with client timelines, delivery milestones, and communication standards.
Required Skills & Experience
● 8 years of experience as a Techno-Functional / Technical BSA or similar role.
● Strong experience working on system integrations (iPaaS, APIs, middleware, ETL).
● Hands-on understanding of integration concepts such as REST/SOAP APIs, data mappings, event-based integrations, and batch processes.
● Experience working with integration platforms (SnapLogic, Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
● Strong ability to create functional specs, integration requirement documents, and process flows.
● Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
● Prior experience working in onsite–offshore delivery models.
● Ability to work onsite from Pleasanton office (local candidates preferred).

● Exposure to Workday integrations or HRIS ecosystems.
● Experience working with SnapLogic or similar iPaaS tools.
● Experience supporting enterprise clients in regulated or large-scale environments.
