Position Summary**
We are looking for a Techno-Functional / Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong integrations background to support our client need. This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, onshore teams, and offshore integration developers, ensuring clear requirement gathering, solution alignment, and smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams (onshore & offshore).
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for integration use cases.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for integration development.
- Coordinate and schedule calls/workshops across onshore and offshore teams.
- Work closely with integration developers (SnapLogic / iPaaS teams) to clarify requirements and resolve functional gaps.
- Support solution design discussions, integration flow reviews, and dependency management.
- Assist with UAT coordination, test case validation, and defect triage.
- Ensure alignment with client timelines, delivery milestones, and communication standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of experience as a Techno-Functional / Technical BSA or similar role.
- Strong experience working on system integrations (iPaaS, APIs, middleware, ETL).
- Hands-on understanding of integration concepts such as REST/SOAP APIs, data mappings, event-based integrations, and batch processes.
- Experience working with integration platforms (SnapLogic, Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
- Strong ability to create functional specs, integration requirement documents, and process flows.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience working in onsite–offshore delivery models.
- Ability to work onsite from Pleasanton office (local candidates preferred).

- Exposure to Workday integrations or HRIS ecosystems.
- Experience working with SnapLogic or similar iPaaS tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise clients in regulated or large-scale environments.
