Job Title: Eightfold AI Consultant
Location: Chantilly, VA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Objective:
Take over the end-to-end professional services lifecycle from the product vendor to drive cost-optimized, high-quality platform delivery for the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Eightfold Configuration & Tuning: Direct hands-on experience in configuring the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform, including Calibration, Talent Discovery, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) modules.
- Skills Taxonomy Design / Mapping: Expertise in tailoring the Eightfold Skills Taxonomy to align with specific job architectures and global talent profiles to enable AI-driven matching and internal mobility.
- Deep Workday / System Integration: Proven track record of executing bi-directional integrations between Eightfold and Core HCM ecosystems (Workday, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow for candidates and employees.
- AI Model Calibration: Experience working with Eightfold s AI to refine matching accuracy and reduce false positives in candidate screening.
- Managed rollout & Change Management: Supporting the global rollout of Eightfold by driving global adoption through structured change management, user training, and post-go-live support.
Technical Requirements:
- 2 years of direct Eightfold.ai implementation or administration experience.
- Proven expertise in HR Tech implementation (specifically AI/Skills-based platforms).
- Deep experience in Workday integration and API-led connectivity.
- Strong background in Data Normalization and large-scale talent data migration.
