Job Title : Cost Analyst
Location : Greensboro, North Carolina (Onsite)
Duration : FT or Contract
Job Purpose:
The Cost Analyst will support cost management strategies across the supply chain, including detailed cost analysis, cost roll-ups, risk management, and preparation of periodic/ad-hoc reports. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can assist management in making informed financial and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze detailed monthly cost reports
- Develop and maintain cost forecast models
- Provide cost insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions
- Conduct should cost analysis for aircraft components
- Lead and support cost reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement)
- Maintain accurate cost data and improve internal processes
- Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and company policies
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost/project management or related roles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience in aerospace/aviation manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
