Job Title : Cost Analyst

Location : Greensboro, North Carolina (Onsite)

Duration : FT or Contract

Job Purpose:

The Cost Analyst will support cost management strategies across the supply chain, including detailed cost analysis, cost roll-ups, risk management, and preparation of periodic/ad-hoc reports. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can assist management in making informed financial and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze detailed monthly cost reports
• Develop and maintain cost forecast models
• Provide cost insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions
• Conduct should cost analysis for aircraft components
• Lead and support cost reduction initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement)
• Maintain accurate cost data and improve internal processes
• Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and company policies
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost/project management or related roles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience in aerospace/aviation manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
