This will be a full-time role, and candidate must have experience with Public Safety (this is a must)
Working Title: Principal Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as project lead and technology liaison supporting business-specific systems
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and define user stories
- Design, implement, test, and support business software applications
- Manage system changes, upgrades, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate major incident management and root cause analysis
- Prepare RFP/RFI/RFQ and evaluate vendors
- Conduct training and develop support documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in ERP/CRM/SCM/Asset Management or similar enterprise systems
- Knowledge of ITIL service delivery lifecycle
- Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- System configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Stakeholder communication and project coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years’ experience implementing large-scale technical systems
- Agile or PMP certification preferred
