We are seeking an experienced Agile Champion to drive Agile transformation and support high-performing teams in delivering successful projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Agile methodologies, team coordination, and Agile management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile practices across teams and projects
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Track project progress, risks, and team performance using Agile tools
• Support continuous improvement and Agile adoption across teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
• Mentor and guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices
