Qualifications & Skills:

- 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost reduction strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP or procurement systems.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence decision-making across departments.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
